Join us for the official kick-off of the Long Island Game Farm’s 55th year anniversary and be the first to experience the Woodland Trail along with some Game Farm animals!
Special Admission price for the day $15, under 2yrs free.
The Day’s Activities:
10 a.m. | Park opens, Sign in and t-shirt pick up Ribbon cutting ceremony with our good friend and Master of Ceremonies, Doug Geed
Trail Trot and Animal Antics
Open House with complimentary refreshments. Meet the Game Farm Team, Camp Counselors, and partners to learn about what’s new at the Game Farm this year.
Guided trail tour for all! Explore and learn about our plans for developing the trail
Music by local Long Island Songwriters
Artist Tonito Valderrama will invite attendees to participate in the creation of The Great Nest of Life Installation Project, interactive nature sculpture celebrating birds of Long Island.
Anthony Graziano, Long Island Landscape Photographer and conservation advocate will talk about his work and upcoming photo and IPhone photography classes at the Game Farm.
Dr. Heidi MacAlpine and Noelle Grogan Community collaborators promoting health and wellbeing through the creative arts will demonstrate and talk about their work and upcoming program

Children are invited to take part in the Trail Trot and Animal Antics event!
This non-competitive Trail Trot includes Fun Animal Antics. Follow the signs to the animal for whacky challenges that will keep you laughing. Come for the run, stay for more fun when you visit our animals
Registration for Trail Trot is $15 (Ages 3 -12)
Parents and guardians do not need to register in advance, and will pay general admission to Long Island Game Farm on the day of the event. You are welcome to join your child on the trail and for the events.
Children under 2 are free
